Gennavieve Fleming has a strong banking background having worked in both residential and business lending for over 12 years, changing to Mortgage Advising in 2020 let her work with multiple lenders to find options for her clients with their best interests in mind, looking outside of traditional bank lending when needed. She is passionate about helping people achieve their home ownership or investment goals and thrives on the challenge of helping first home buyers into home ownership. Outside of her financial advisory role Gennavieve is also a property developer and investor herself as well as running an agricultural farming business with her husband, bringing an in depth understanding and ability to negotiate the different lending rules that apply to both investing and business owners to benefit her clients and enable her to work towards a range of lending solutions for them.
