After more than a decade in machinery sales and four years specialising in asset finance, he has developed unique insight into the operational and financial needs of contracting businesses — and the hardworking people and families behind them.

Bringing a strong focus on commercial property finance, Mardi combines deep industry knowledge with practical, hands-on experience. Having grown his own commercial property portfolio through a mix of strategic acquisitions, complex fit-outs, and greenfield developments, he offers clients genuine insight and lives by the principle of practicing what he preaches.
Outside of work, Mardi enjoys spending time with his daughter and wider family — and occasionally punishing himself on the golf course.
