Looking Back at 2024

What to Expect in 2025

Nelmare is looking forward to 2025 and feels positive about the year ahead. As she shared in her interview:
"With interest rates coming down and another OCR announcement in February, it's looking very promising, and I have a lot of enquiries already from first home buyers. Our clients are feeling a little bit more positive. We’re also expecting the housing market to either stabilise or go up a little bit, depending on who you listen to, but yeah, I’m looking forward to 2025 for our clients."
