Tips for paying off your loan faster

  • Pay your loan weekly or fortnightly instead of monthly.
  • Offset any savings you have against offset or a revolving credit loan.
  • Keep your repayments the same when your interest rate drops.
  • Increase your repayments annually.
  • Buy an investment property – could pay off your loan in 10-12 years.

First Home Buyers

First home buyers can buy a home from as little as a 5% deposit, new builds or for buying an existing house.
