As the Operations & Performance Analytics Manager, JP has responsibility for looking after Vega’s day to day Operations. JP works in tandem with the Senior Management team overseeing the financial accounts for the company, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring that we work within our financial parameters. JP also looks after the payroll for the company & payment of commissions to our advisers and ensuring business optimisation.

Kevin’s international background in retail and investment banking as an Associate Director, encompassing over US$36bn of transactions, brings a wealth experience to the team. Since arriving in NZ in 2003 Kevin has focused on the property sector, working for a wide range of entities including specialist property funders, brokers, developers, community housing providers, distributers of investment property and even the Government on the rebuild of Central Christchurch. His expertise includes site section, feasibility, funding, commercial and contract negotiation, structuring, underwriting, raising equity and mezzanine debt, joint ventures and creating structured investment product based on property and property funds. Kevin holds 3 internationally recognised banking qualifications and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Patrick is a Commercial Advisor in our Auckland team, responsible for assisting clients with sourcing funding for their Commercial Property and Residential Development transactions. With over a decade of industry experience, Patrick's expertise lies in assessing risk, deal structuring and attaining competitive pricing for his Borrowers. Patrick honed his skills working at a leading New Zealand bank, where he worked in the Property Finance Relationship team, appraising a variety of Investment and Development Commercial Property transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million.

Freddy has over 15 years' banking, corporate finance and executive experience. His roles include CEO of VetEnt which is one of New Zealand's largest veterinary companies and Head of Strategy of a large ASX-listed Australasian based hotel owner operator. More recently, he has worked raising debt for many clients in complex and often highly geared environments. He has also worked as an investment analyst for a private equity fund, a senior analyst in the mergers and acquisitions team at Ernst Young and started his career as an analyst in the National Bank corporate team. He grew up in the Canterbury and Marlborough regions exposed to the sheep and beef, wine, dairy, deer and shell fish industries and he maintains a passion for each of these. Over the last 13 years, he has also help set up and is an active shareholder of a wine and vineyard business. Following university he has been involved with hundreds of investment and development proposals over a wide range of industries.
