When he isn't helping his clients, you can find Rua in the surf with his children or coaching at a local rugby club.

I also ensure our project milestones and key initiative milestones are met and I oversee the supervision of employees payroll and commission. Additionally, I ensure that all aspects of the efficient running of our business is met.
Alexandra is our Marketing Coordinator – having recently graduated she specialises in working collaboratively with our SEO provider, our digital content creators and ensures Vega marketing is on brand and message. Alexandra also creating a visual concepts for Instagram, publishing relevant visual content to increase interaction for target audiences and design advertising collateral to create awareness.
Maiah Stewart brings passion and drive to a Marketing Coordinator role, creating engaging and compelling written copy and design collaterals for Vega’s Social Media. Delegating her time to produce content that matches the fast pace, ever-changing Marketing world, Maiah often takes on a witty yet formal approach to her digital designs whilst making sure they are on brand and align with Vega. Maiah will take on the role of introducing lead generation database to all Vega and supporting partners nationwide whilst optimising efficiencies of lead distribution.
