I contacted Pamela because I was interested in getting my finances sorted. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, friendly and patient. I was interested in getting a new car purchase and she went above and beyond in getting my specifications of what type of car I wanted. She then went on to link me to a dealership which was beyond her service but she assisted me with it and communicated promptly throughout the process. We ended up being in the situation of having a week left before our mortgage was about to go to very expensive floating rates (& we needed to restructure &/or change banks) because of being mucked around for over two months by a different broker from a different company. An acquaintance mentioned Vega Mortgages & at that point there was very much a feeling of ‘what have we got to lose’. I rang Vega's number & Pamela answered - from the very first hello she exuded positivity & confidence. As I explained our situation she made me feel like all was not lost - there was a very real possibility that the nearly impossible could be achieved in a week, maybe two weeks at the most. I should also mention here that this was not necessarily a straight forward restructure &/or changing banks - we share the house & mortgage with family so there were two couples (& work schedules) to get all the information from, two couples to get the timing right for signatures, lawyers visits etc (Pamela even had an easy & very affordable solution for the legal stuff). She was there with every late night & weekend question - I did feel guilty for her husband! She totally looked after us & effectively held our hand the whole way. The end result was so much better than we could have imagined - great fixed interest rate & a great cash contribution, lawyers sorted - done. Needless to say we went straight back to Pamela when some adjustments needed to be made. And now change is on the horizon again & once again we have contacted Pamela. Nothing is ever simple - this time is almost more complex than the first but I trust Pamela will have it sorted & help us to work through the complexities with a winning solution for everyone. She is so easy to deal with, really knows what she’s doing & is always there at the end of the phone - she is definitely not one of those people who doesn’t return your calls. I would text or email when I thought about something so I didn’t forget & originally I would think she’ll reply the next working day - no, it was almost immediately. You just feel like your most expensive asset is in trusted hands & that she really cares about you & how it’s working out for you.
