Richard is an experienced adviser with over 10 years' experience in the financial services and commercial real estate sectors. Commencing his career with Kiwibank in financial services, he went on to become the youngest appointed Mobile Mortgage Manager at the time and was awarded Rookie of the Year. From there, he spent five years in the UK, leading sales teams in commercial real estate by developing and executing nationwide business development strategies. Having recently returned to New Zealand, Richard is again focusing his experience and skillset on helping Kiwis reach great outcomes - whether that is buying your first home, setting up or expanding a residential investment portfolio, or simply helping you get into the best possible position to reach your financial goals, whatever they may be. In his spare time, you can find Richard at the gym coaching Olympic Weightlifting or nerding out over a board game with friends.
